Policy
1. Who is responsible
Responsible for the processing of personal data on this website is Carolin Fischer, Carolina Photography, based in Athens, Greece — reachable at content@crlna.eu. Postal address and phone number are available upon request.
2. Contact form
When you send an inquiry through the contact form, the following data is processed: the names of the couple, your email address, your (planned) wedding date, the location, and your message.
This data is used exclusively to answer your inquiry and to prepare a possible booking. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). The form opens your own email program — your message is sent directly to me and is not stored on this website.
Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them and, in case of a booking, for the duration of the contractual relationship and statutory retention periods.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external provider. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical connection data (such as IP address, date and time of the request, browser type) in server log files, in order to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
4. Instagram
This website links to an Instagram profile. If you follow the link, Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) processes your data under its own responsibility and its own privacy policy. No data is transferred to Instagram simply by visiting this website.
5. Client galleries
Password-protected client galleries are provided via the external service CloudSpot. When you open a gallery, CloudSpot processes your data under its own responsibility and privacy policy. Access data for a gallery is only ever shared directly with the respective clients.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of processing, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, in accordance with Art. 15–21 GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
